Orders Shipping & Returns
We accept returns for a full refund within 365 days of your purchase. All returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged with intact original tags.
Due to our commitment to delivering the best experience to our customers, we are unable to accept returns of shoes that show signs of wear or damage. We appreciate your understanding in this matter.
Returns to any Buck Mason store location are free of charge. Find your nearest store here.
If you prefer to exchange your goods or return them by mail, click here. Note: a $8 flat-rate fee per return package will be deducted from your refund.
No return fee will be charged if you want to exchange your item. Just fill out the exchange columns on your packing slip, and we'll gladly send you a replacement.
If items arrive damaged or the incorrect item was sent, please get in touch with us via text at 888-988-5560, and we will rectify the situation free of charge.
For international returns, APO, FPO, and PR addresses, all return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. To initiate an international return, please get in touch with us at help@buckmason.com.

Items purchased at a Buck Mason outlet location are final sale and may not be returned for any reason.
- We ship all domestic orders through UPS.
Standard shipments leave our Dallas warehouse within 48 hours and typically arrive within eight business days.
Expedited orders are processed the same day for orders placed before 1 pm CST or the following day if placed after 1 pm CST and typically arrive in 2-3 days via UPS 2nd Day Air.
Orders placed over the weekend and major holidays are fulfilled the next business day.
Please note that orders may be split across multiple shipments, and items ordered together may not be shipped on the same day. We fulfill orders from our retail store and shipping warehouse.
We want to ensure every order you make is safely and securely delivered. For this reason, any expedited order (Next Day Air or Two-Day Delivery) valued at $500 and over will require a signature with delivery. - You may track your package here using your email address or order number as a reference.
- We currently ship within the United States and to the following international countries: Australia, Austria, Canada, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, The Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Portugal, Puerto Rico, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland and the United Kingdom.
- International taxes, border clearance fees, tariffs, and value-added tax (VAT) will be calculated into your final order total during checkout. They are based on the individual product's country of origin and the classification of that merchandise and calculated by our shipper per the destination country's tax regulations. No further fees will be charged at the time of delivery.
- Sorry, we currently do not offer a gift option, but we do have gift cards available in both physical and digital forms.
- If you see an error in your shipping address or want to modify/cancel your order, please call us at 888-988-5560 or email us at help@buckmason.com as soon as possible and we'll try our best to help out. We fulfill our orders as quickly as possible and cannot promise that we'll be able to stop your package from being sent out in time to change the address or cancel.
- Please take another look at your tracking information to make sure there wasn't a delay before reaching out to us at help@buckmason.com. Please also check with your neighbors to see if they may have accidentally received your package.
We offer gift cards in both physical and digital forms. Both can be redeemed in-store or online with the unique code on the physical gift card or in the email you receive with the digital gift card.
Physical gift cards purchased online will be shipped within 48 hours and received in 2-8 business days unless expedited. Digital gift cards will be emailed shortly after checkout is completed online.
Sales tax will not be applied to gift card purchases. If other merchandise is included in your order, tax will apply only to those items.
Coupons and discounts cannot be applied to gift card purchases. Gift cards are non-refundable and can only be redeemed online and in-store.
Once your package is received, exchanges are processed and shipped within 2-4 days. You will receive a confirmation email with new tracking information enclosed as soon as your exchange item ships.

- Afterpay is a service that allows you to make purchases and pay for them in four equal installments, due every two weeks, without any interest. The first installment payment is made at the time of sale.
To use Afterpay, shop our website and checkout as usual. At checkout, choose Afterpay as your payment method. You will be directed to the Afterpay website to register and provide payment details (Visa or Mastercard). If you've used Afterpay before, log into your Afterpay account. Then complete your order — easy.
Afterpay is only eligible on orders between 35.00 USD and 1,000.00 USD. Afterpay cannot be used towards gift cards. If your order contains gift cards and other eligible products, you will need to purchase your gift cards separately. Once Afterpay has approved an order, the order details and value cannot be changed. A refund is issued if items are not in stock or cannot be fulfilled. Afterpay does not support adding items or changing the shipping address for orders already placed. Customers need to place a new order for additional items.
You must be over 18, a resident of the U.S., and meet additional eligibility criteria to qualify. Your payment schedule will be emailed to you. If you fail to make a payment, you will be charged a late fee of $8, with an additional $8 fee added after seven days if payment is still unpaid, but the late fees will not exceed 25% of the total order.

Afterpay returns follow our standard return process. Refunds on orders placed using Afterpay will be refunded from Buck Mason to Afterpay and then to you. We cannot provide refunds in the form of cash or store credit.

Retail & Sizing
- Sizing varies between styles. Check out our "Size Guide" on each product page for detailed measurements. Additional fit information is included in the product description and details.
If you have any sizing or fit questions, please reach out to us at help@buckmason.com,, and one of our stylists will assist you. - Yes, all jeans and pants purchased in stores at full price are eligible for our free hemming services and can be picked up in stores within five business days. Please note that our complimentary services do not include tapering or cinching - only hemming. Jeans and pants purchased online are not eligible to be mailed in for hemming, but you are more than welcome to visit your nearest Buck Mason physical store to drop off your pants for measurements and hemming.
- We have four denim fits: Maverick Slim, Ford Standard, Cowboy, and Full-Saddle. Maverick Slim is straight through the thigh and tapers at the knee. Ford Standard has more room in the thigh and stays straight through the calf. Cowboy is a classic slim straight with a slightly higher rise. Full-Saddle is a true straight leg; a high rise and open through the hips and legs. Email us at
help@buckmason.com, to speak with one of our stylists for more clarification. - Pima and Slub are our two flagship tee fabrics made from 100% American-grown Supima cotton.
A slub is a build-up of cotton yarn within the fabric, so our Slub tees have a subtle, variegated horizontal striping visible throughout the fabric. The result is a light, vintage-inspired texture that you can feel. Because the thickness of slub fabric subtly varies throughout the shirt, it drapes lightly over your body.
Pima tees have a more modern, uniform construction. Instead of a texture, there's a smooth hand feel resulting from long-staple cotton fibers tightly woven together. The result has more structure so the tee will hang off your body more uniformly.

- We do not offer any discounts or promotions. If you’ve found a coupon code online, chances are it is not an official Buck Mason coupon code. We will not honor any coupons that Buck Mason does not officially approve.
- Final sale items are not eligible for price adjustments.
- We are an American brand first and predominately make our products in the USA. However, we also partner with specialists around the world based on their expertise.
